Taking a break from the studio, Vincent returns to Grafton county and visits his friend, environmentalist and retired Army Captain David Vincelette and together they expose the Dartmouth College Mafia's corruption and collusion with the Town of Hanover to persecute Dave for blowing the whistle on their pollution of the Town's water supply with asphalt waste and Rennie Farm with radioactive waste.
